Built for Lake County by People Who Know It
Austin and Marcos spent seven years working side by side in roofing before founding Evergreen Demo & Junk Removal LLC. They wanted to build something that would genuinely serve the community they grew up in — with the kind of honest, hardworking service that's hard to find.
Nine months in, the reviews say it all. Fast responses. Clear communication. Flat-rate prices with no surprises. Whether it's a garage cleanout or a full garage demolition, you get the same professionalism every time.

“Highly recommend! They came out to my house the very next day after I inquired. The service was fast, efficient, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Pricing was very fair as well. I was so impressed that I hired them again for work at my business, and once again they were prompt, professional, and extremely reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs!”

“Can't say enough about Austin and his crew. Inquired on Wednesday about a shed we needed removed, had a quote on Thursday and by Friday it was gone. Marcos let me know when they were arriving, when they had to leave for an unload, when they were back on the job and sent me pics when they finished. The communication was great from start to finish and the price was beyond reasonable.”
